A few years in, we wanted to share our passion for coffee with more people; The Snobby Collective was born.
We partnered with some of the most respected roasters to create the first coffee Advent Calendar to feature New Zealand roasters.
Before long, we decided to join the party and installed a small batch roaster in the dining room of our two-bedroom unit. Hundreds of kilos of coffee in the lounge can make beanbags go out of fashion faster than in the 1980s.
